This device combined feathers of GY type blade feeder, DS type electric air locker and rotating feeding valve and made much improvement, can feed (exhaust) material. It used scroll bearing and add one square hole to deal with jams of residue. There are 3 kinds of joins as chain joint, direct joint and back joint.
