I. Brief Introduction
GDM-N model hydraulic pressure turn-off door is the water-seal slag-off device supporting generating plant machine set. Absorbing advantages of imported same equipment, this product, designed and accomplished on base of large numbers of research and survey, owns characteristics as follows:
1. The slag enters into scraper slag-off machine through slag hopper turn-off door. Owing to water-seal performance of turn0-off door, it can assure thermal efficiency of boiler and keep clean inside the boiler.
2. Installed with heat-resisting board, the door body, which is equipped with cooling water system, is sealed with asbestos fabric outside, can hold size for a long time.
3. Working pressure and maximum working pressure of hydraulic system is 12MPa and 16MPa respectively, which can assure the turn-off door of slag-off machine bear slag-storage of 5t during the maintenance period.
4. Oil system, equipped with electric control cabinet and button station, is full-electric hydraulic pressure controlled, owning high automaticity.
5. Excellent temperature resistance: its temperature resistance can reach 1000 ℃
6. Wear resistance: its wear-resistance life can reach 20 years.
7. Hydraulic station mode: overlay valve mode
8. Turn-off door mode: fan mode
9. Oil cylinder of turn-off door: automatic mechanical lock mode (patent technology)
